"the only reason I'm choosing to not leave a 5-star review is because I don't think I have had my five-star pizza yet in life. this place is very close. 4 stars is an under sell and quite frankly a low score. 4.7 is the accurate score in my opinion. First off, this food is real food. real ingredients used to make fresh food. This is not a Gordan food service take and bake restaurant and you can taste the difference. We should be very thankful that our 1 stop light town has a restaurant/ pizza joint of this caliber. Maybe it's not for everyone and that's fine, you can stick to the gas station stuff, side note the gas station breakfast pizza is pretty baller no disrespect. the fresh dough has a nice flavor and great pizza chew. the under carriage (if you know, you know) has a nice slight crisp to it, great texture. the sauce is made fresh and with Italian tomatoes that have a nice natural sweetness. simple sauce with fresh herbs and garlic. i really dig the sauce. The cheese!!! Great fresh cheese! real cheese! we did order extra the second time and I thought it was perfect, but we are excessive cheese people, that is not a knock on the amount of cheese they use. The peperoni is legit and has great flavor. The fried mozzarella is unbelievable!! a 5 for sure, the best I have ever had. I'm getting too long winded for anyone to want to read this now. sorry. if you are looking for fresh pizza, made with real food and ingredients this is a must try pizza joint. I can't speak to the other food, but this dude also runs a popular food truck so I'm going to go on a limb and say it's pretty bangn as well. I think we as a community are lucky to have Joe and his skills. his success in this town is to our benefit, we no longer have to go to FT Wayne to get a real pizza. Again we are lucky they are offering this level of real food in our 1 stop light town. The menu sounds simple and basic. But the items are perfectly done. The amount of flavor is ridiculous. Everything is seasoned so well. We did a to go order and everything was fantastic. Only complaint. I would like a sweet or pastry option. A GK bakery cinimmion roll or almond crescent would be a nice option and fit the menu. But thats a personal opinion also a bit selfish because i dont want to have to drive to Ft Wayne for those, haha. Nothing wrong with what they are doing. Brunch sandwich with CRISPY potatoes. The sausage patty had a great flavor, chopped up bacon in every bite and the proper amount of gooey cheese on a nice buttery bun. Chicken and waffles. Great flavor and crunch on the chicken! Delicious fluffy waffles. Tater tot hash browns, amazing crunchy thin potato cakes. We had to get the cheese sticks with bbq ranch. Absolutely, the best cheese sticks i have ever had. All other cheese sticks will be judged against these cheese sticks. Arbys cheese sticks are a 5, good not great but never disappoint. These are a 9.8. Absolutely amazing. If theres better in this state i want to know, I would like to taste the challengers offering."

"Went there with the whole crew on lunch today, there was 6 of us, he took our orders, didn't write anything down, and then went back there and cooked it all by himself. The smash burger I got was definitely in my top 5."

"Loved this shop. My wife had the smash burger plain, and I had the smash burger done full up; both were amazing. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly. Atmosphere was casual. Just a great little shop with fantastic food."

"Wow! Thoroughly enjoyed the pop up dinner! All of the food was well made, and so yummy. The plating was beautiful, and the chef was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He understood the perfect balance of letting us enjoy the meal, while also sharing the process behind the menu. We look forward to going back soon to try the every day menu, and keep a look out for future pop ups! The only thing that could have made the night more perfect was adding some music to the ambiance. A minor detail, considering how nicely the space is being used! Can’t wait to be back."

"I will contest that I have tried almost everything on the menu . The food, the atmosphere feels like your little 1 stop light town with friendly staff. I may be a little bias because I get behind the scene action but I could not try everything in n the menu to be able to give my honest opinion. Be able to serve our community and customers is a great pleasure and Chef Joe making your delicious pizza’s and salads and Z-Money back on the grill making all your delicious Smash Burgers and Truffle Fries!!!!!! "Had the cheesteak sandwich woth fries, Mac and cheese fritters and let me tell you everything was sooo good! My kids also loved the cheese pizza! The man who took my order and cashed me out was very nice super attentive. Overall great experience and food!"
